01How do I continue on another device?
Create an account from Log in on the game home screen. The same username connects your stages, stars, badges, boosters and hearts. Your current board and sound or language preferences stay on each device.
02I can’t hear the music
Tap the game’s start button or Test sound in settings. On iPhone, check media volume, silent mode and Bluetooth or AirPlay connections. You can also try the iPhone-compatible playback setting.
03When do daily gifts reset?
Check-ins and daily rewards reset at midnight in Korea (UTC+9). Missing a day does not erase cumulative check-ins. If your connection drops while claiming, reconnect to check your reward.
04Something went wrong?
Email your device, browser, stage and what happened. Hide personal information in screenshots. Never include passwords or recovery codes.
