01Who runs the game?
PAWPAW POP is an animal match-three game created and operated by Harry Park. Contact ppk314@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests to exercise your rights. This notice applies to the current web preview.
02What do we store?
We store a guest identifier, username, password and recovery-code hashes, and login sessions—not the original password or recovery code. Game data includes stages, scores, stars, badges, booster use and rewards, hearts, check-in dates, invite relationships, and demo-ad viewing and reward records. Sign-up does not request an email address.
03How is it used?
We use this data to authenticate accounts, sync progress, run the game, deliver rewards, prevent duplicate claims, protect accounts and answer support requests. Security rate limits use hashes derived from an IP address or hosting identifier. If you email us, we process your email address and message to respond.
04What stays on my device?
Login and guest cookies, language, sound and display preferences, the current puzzle, pending save drafts and dismissed dialogue markers stay on your device. Session cookies are set for up to 30 days; guest cookies for up to one year. Blocking essential storage may prevent login or progress recovery.
05Hosting, external services and ads
The preview uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting providers may process connection information for operation and security. When access uses ChatGPT sign-in, the game may use the user identifier forwarded by the host. No live ad, analytics or social-login SDK is currently connected. Reward ads are internal demos.
06Sharing is your choice
Record cards and invite links are sent only when you choose to share. Images include game records such as stage, score and stars; links contain an invite code or challenge record. The selected app handles them under its own policy. If configured, Kakao sharing connects to Kakao when opened. We do not collect your contacts or send automatic invitations.
07Retention and deletion
Account-linked game data is kept to provide the service and deleted from the live database when account deletion completes. Deletion ends all account sessions. Rewards already earned by another friend remain theirs. Saved images, drafts on other devices, and hosting providers’ security logs or backups are managed separately; immediate removal of these is not guaranteed.
08Managing your information
Delete your account directly on the account-deletion page after login and password re-verification. For access, correction, export or guest-data deletion, email ppk314@gmail.com. We request only the minimum information needed to verify you; never email your password or recovery code. You may exercise rights provided by applicable law.
09Younger players and safety
The service does not currently verify ages that require parental consent. Where your local law requires it, consult a parent or guardian before entering personal information. Contact us if you believe a child’s information was processed without appropriate consent. Age, consent and ad settings will be reviewed before live advertising is introduced.
10International processing and changes
Hosting and sharing services may process information outside your country. Processing regions, provider contracts and country-specific disclosures will be finalized before full release. If we add SDKs or new collection purposes, we will update this policy first and obtain consent where required.
